Gesthys - WIP (Advice/Critique Welcomed)

I started on a drawing of the villain from my story; a Tyrantrum named Gesthys (I used a random name generator to come up with some of the names in the story). This one is much harder for me to draw because of the ridges on his back, head, and legs; and I had a hard time with his right claw (the one to your left). I am open to any advice/help on how you think this could look better. Thanks, and have a lovely day
